If you took the time to train your dog, you wouldn’t have to use a collar that is so controversial also Martin Gill are a good alternative for something that can puncture your dog if it’s scared

It's supposed to hurt, that's the literal point of it. If it didn't have that effect you'd just use a flat collar. I'm not against using prongs when neccessary but you're spreading false info too!

let's use chocolate for example. EVERYONE knows it's dangerous for dogs, so they don't give it to them. if it was wide spread info these were dangerous, trainers and most dog owners wouldn't use them.

Is the chain twisted? No hate, I use prongs! It's important that it's not twisted, the chain is what makes it effective. Be careful educating if you're not properly using tools. You do tug like that.

my dog makes it VERY clear if he doesn't like something, he'll hide under the bed, try to distract me with toys, ect. he always sits patiently for his collar, even if it's a prong

even the dog is done with you guys. prongs used correctly are perfectly fine and actually safer for some dogs. it prevents dogs from pulling and a dog can hurth themselves pullinghard ona normalcollar

ppl also underestimate how much of a difference fur makes. my cats bite and scratch at each other all the time without pain or injury but when they do it to me it HURTS cuz i don’t have fur
