@georginaelizat: Banana bread pancakes Pancake day countdown is ON. These pancakes are sooooo good so if you like BB you need to try them. serves 4 250g / 2 cups plain white flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 230g / 1 cup banana 2 tsp cinnamon 1 egg 350ml / 1.5 cups milk 50g / 1/3 cup caster sugar 2 tsp veg/ neutral oil Butter to fry the pancakes 1 handful walnuts 1 scoop vanilla ice cream / whipped cream 4 tbsp melted caramelised biscuit spread 2 tbsp melted dark choc In a blender, blend your banana, milk, sugar, oil and egg until smooth. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, powder + cinnamon. Pour your wet mixture in and whisk until all combined. Heat your non-stick pan on a medium-high heat and add a small amount of butter (do this each time you add new batter). Pour around 1/3 cup pancake batter into the pan. Once cooked on one side (approx 1-2 mins) flip and cook on the other side. Serve right away with ice cream, melted biscoff, chocolate and walnuts.
