Been on my lower back journey for awhile, did the small lifts to build into zercher deadlifts. Now I zercher deadlift over 315 lbs and going for reps on it but that’s a whole other journey

yeah I realized that muscle soreness is a lot more painful in the lower back and sides but that doesn't necessarily mean you're damaging or injuring your back

i started loading my back last year. now im pain free and can do squats deadlifts etc comfortably. i do have sa flareups if i increase the load or weight. but it only lasts for a few hours

Avoid spinal sheer with heavy weight, sorry but deadlifts are out unless you use a trap bar.

Muscles of the arms and legs produce motion thru a range of motion. Muscles of the core prevent motion. Try doing 1000 sit ups/day see what happens 🥺

I fractured my L5 so I want to train but find it hard to without the fear of refracturing, at one point I tried to pick up small weights and reinjured myself since then I have been scared of reinjury

I used to have serious issues in my late teens with my lower back because of scoliosis. Trained it from when I was 20, now 36, never had issues again.
