@masitrades7: The way my P/L gave me whiplash today is actually insane 😭 I sized way too heavily today by accident and because I’d dint pay attention to the high IV on $SPX causing the premiums to be inflated. I also entered slightly delayed but just due to the fact that I wanted to be safe and wait for ES to clear PML & ended up getting frustrated with myself The ONLY reason I didn’t get shaken out of this play is because both futures were still trending down and I did NOT watch my p/l I’ve learned that when I’m in a play the worst thing for me personally is watching my p/l - I just focus on my charts and let volume and PA guide my decisions. This way I know I’m not making emotionally decisions. Hopefully everyone has been capitalizing on the clean PA
