I've noticed it depends on where I am in my cycle. 🩸to ovulation = adhd play time. Post ovulation to bleed the tism makes sure we take our supplements and do self care.

Adhd helps me start projects, autism let’s me deep dive & master techniques, adhd doesn’t let me finish projects & moves on then autism somehow comes along and pulls it all together rinse & repeat
