Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and his Ukrainian counterpart are expected to first sign the deal, the terms of which are unclear, before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky comes to Washington to sign the agreement. “I hear that he’s coming on Friday,” the president told reporters in the Oval Office on Tuesday afternoon. “Certainly, it’s okay with me if he’d like to.
