I think you lost them when you compared doogh to horchata 😂 that’s a terrible comparison because they taste nothing alike and doogh is not sweet. It’s basically a carbonated yogurt drink with a hit of salt and a hint of mint flavor. It’s good but it’s not horchata lol

This is much closer to a plain lassi than a horchata. There’s no cinnamon, no rice, the only similar ingredient is water and you used carbonated water while horchata uses still water. I’m so confused on the comparison here
