I can do an outside one with my knees bent but as soon as I try to straighten them out the back of my skates stop my legs from pointing all the way multiple people at my rink have the same issue

I have double jointed feet/ankles, so I was born with luck to be able to the this naturally, all I can't do is outside edge spread eagle
