It hurts me everyday so much knowing how much takasugi loved them, how much he loved gintoki and everyone but having to leave it behind coz of his ideals. Gintoki picked what shoyo died for and kept it going takasugi would have picked shoyo…. In the end takasugi gave in and saved gintoki by abandoning his hatred for the world and helping save what shoyo and gintoki created
