Dental hygenist here. do not recomend, this Is really damaging for your enamel. hydrogen peroxide needs an oxygen carrier to work. not hating but it's dangerous.

I wrote this in the caption, but I’ll say it again here! ONLY do these things ONCE a week to protect your enamel! Gentler peroxide ratio is half a tsp of peroxide to 1.5 tsp of water! 🥰
