Meritage changed ours after 5 years, you have to go through the warranty website.

Sue them, our family and all our neighbors had to sue them for the way they built our houses, same problems.

We’ve been displaced from our home for 9 months. We had multiple leaks our first year with them and they came out to repair… after a year and a half of myself and our kids being deathly ill we found out we have high levels of mold. Black mold being the worst in the hvac! We lost everything everything had to disposed of. They have taken 0 responsibility. We are in the hole 30k in remediation costs… look up what’s happening rn in Columbia Tn! House set on fire, hvac electrical issues

Find out the brand of the flooring. Usually the product has a 5 year warranty. The info should be in your home packet.

Could it be a foundation issue? Not sure where you are located, but there are structural changes when the ground freezes. Our remodel caused our floors to buckle after a few years. 🤷🏻♀️
