Hormonal changes , a new hair product , change in diet and sleep can all be possible reasons for a breakout. So I will not be the content cretaor who encourages you lemon juice on your acne-prone skin😂💕 The key to a good skincare routine is the ingredient. Salicylic acid for the pinples , glycolic acid for the dark marks , Suncreen for protection and , moisturizer for well… moisture. I keep it simple with my regiment , avoid dairy , stay hydrated , rest often and as a natural hair girl ? COVER MY HAIR WHEN I SLEEP.
