Where I work we all do our Work journals and you basically write everything you've done that day. You make a new one every month. No one really reads them but it's a nice thing to have just in case 😊

not sure how to do that, as my job is taking calls, helping people out and handling back office stuff for tech (activating terminals and sim cards, creating back office access for costumers etc), also some admin. if I do my job right nothing happens, it's when I make mistakes that it's "abnormal"... any ideas?

I did this for last year's performance review, coupled with bringing highest amount of funding in 30+ years of company history still got the same indexation raise that other team who performed poorly and lost company money also received. so not sure what else they want really 😐
