my dad was a firefighter for 20 years and worked briefly with Eric Marsh on a fire in Dudleyville. we watched Only The Brave in theaters and cried together. watch it every year on June 30th.

My cousin lost her fiancé to this, I remember that day vividly. I watched this movie once, and couldn’t stop crying. The days, and weeks that followed were like a long drawn out nightmare.
