Why not pre make some sandwiches for him and leave in the fridge? That way, he doesn’t get yelled at every time he wants something to eat.

My Dad passed away Dec 19th 2025. He had CHF. He would do this too. He would eat, then 30-60 min later he asked for more food. I would tell him he just ate, but he insisted he was hungry. It happens.
