another important thing is that ips pannels have better color accuracy than va pannels which means ips got Overall better colors while va pannels have better contrasts

Ips panel is still faster than (fast va), but not really your image is less blury in ips so its feel faster

Yes but if your buying for work, look at the bit aswell such as 10,12,14 bit, and most are SRGB, if it can do rec709, rec2020 defo buy it. But if you want a hybrid monitor look at all these.
