I'm right there with you. I started my son at 2y9m training and now at 3½, he's now almost fully potty trained. it took 8 months! so idk about all these videos about "in 3 days" "1 week" like no, it's a process.

My son was potty trained in 3 days when he was 19 months old and pooping was the easy part for him. I must of got very lucky. He will be 2 in March and has only had 1 accident since then.
