Sometimes I didn’t lose for a month, then lost 3 lbs in a week. I would increase my calorie intake for a week then go back to my macro and cal counting and that would do the trick sometimes

I am -115 and at goal in a yr. I didn’t track food or focus on protein, no formal exercise. I increased dose monthly until I reached 15. Thigh only. I guess I’m in a calorie deficit the vast majority of days.

Feb-June I only lost 20lbs and then since July Ive lost another 40 so stick with it!

I didn't lose a single pound until I moved to 5mg, change your injection site, drink more water and up your protein intake. One thing abt Zepbound tho....it does everybody different
