I was working for a municipal water dept when the EPA lowered the safe levels a few years ago and overnight our water had 1000x the new safe level. That was a fun few weeks at work. 😅

I would make that point as someone who sees a lot of test results is that there is no margin of error. Usually for low levels of contaminants in food there is ~50%.
