what about if my media scene on obs is have a buffering/stuttering effect. ex- im making a reaction recording the screenim reacting to is dropping frames or stuttering but its not doing that on screen

1080p60 @ 6k is really too low, but it’s mostly only what Twitch allows. I run mine at 7k just to help

So quick question then if 1080p 60fps is 6000 kbps why on your settings was it set to 9500 kbps? does setting it higher make a difference?
