I told my trainer that my goal is to get into my 70s still able to run through an airport for a connection and lift my carry on over my head while climbing on a seat.

Absolutely . I guy made fun of me at Universal for being 60 and still riding roller coasters. You bet I am. And hiking Zion, yoga on the beach in Hawaii, hiking in Scotland this summer.

This is my main goal as well. I only started because I was having such a hard time with stairs and I thought to myself you better do something NOW! I am down 27lbs and starting to feel better.

Just turned 53. Doctor said how you take care of yourself in your 50’s will dictate how healthy you are when you get to your 60’s and beyond. Eating well, working out and walking the dog daily.
