What are bronzing drops? Think of these as tinted serums to mix in with your moisturizer or another product. They are different than a makeup bronzer in the sense that bronzing drops also seem to have a moisturizing aspect and also add a subtle shimmer. These do not have a self-tan effect. They wash off completely. Different than makeup I find that bronzing drops have a little more staying power, but that definitely varies from product to product. I've also seen brands come out with gold shimmer drops to add in to your moisturizer, foundation, etc and that's more my style. Bronzing drops aren't for everyone. Deeper tones might enjoy the gold drops for a subtle shimmer and glow. @MCoBeauty Super Glow Bronzing Drops $11 Jojoba Seed Oil, Cocoa Extract, White Tea Extract, and Hyaluronic Acid - this has the creamiest texture out of the 3 here @elfcosmetics Bronzing Drops $12 Vitamin E, Sunflower Seed Oil This felt like a heavier gel serum. Still easy to mix but could also be used directly on the face vs needing be added to another product. @Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi -- $39 coca extract, peptide blend, chronocylin -This was one of, if not THE FIRST brand to popularize bronzing drops. Went absolutely viral and sold out for months and months! They definitely set the trend with this skincare/makeup serum. -this is meant to be mixed with moisturizer which is why it is the most watery thin out of the 3 All are fragrance free and as you can see they vary in price. All are 1 fl oz. Friendly reminder to resist the urge to mix bronzing drops with sunscreen. We never mix ANYTHING into our SPF because it could comprise its effectiveness.
