Ive always had regular periods 4-5 days, no cramps. I’ve been taking it for roughly 2 weeks now & it’s been 11 days since I’ve been seeing my period. This has never happened before. Should I stop?

Started taking last month for weight gain. Started spotting 4 days before period. Third day on cycle it was so heavy and I was changing every 30 mins to an hour for 7 1/2 hours straight. At sixth hour I passed a huge small pear sized clot. Went to doctor today and I have to schedule an ultrasound. The only thing I can think of that could have affected my cycle was the Maca root.
