@thesimplyrootedmama: Replying to @Joie Garrett While there are several plant genuses that greatly benefit from higher humidity levels (anthurium, alocasia, calathea, ferns, etc), most common houseplants do just fine in regular household humidity. As a rare plant seller, I only turn my humidifier on during extremely cold weeks in the winter. (But I also don’t own a single calathea for this reason lol!) 💚🪴
