@cookingkatielady: ‼️Full detailed recipes can always be found on my blog (linked in bio) ❤️ https://cookingkatielady.com 4 Ingredient Healthy Crunch Bars (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free) 👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS: 1️⃣3 1/2 cups organic crispy rice (I use @One Degree Organic Foods brown rice crisps) 2️⃣230g organic dark chocolate (I use @hukitchen ) 3️⃣1/4 cup organic cashew butter 4️⃣Sea salt, to taste 👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS: In a large glass measuring cup or bowl, melt the chocolate & cashew butter together in the microwave or over the stove using the double boiler method. Mix the melted chocolate mixture with the rice crisps until all rice crisps are covered in the chocolate. Pour into a parchment lined 9x9 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with dress salt to taste. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, remove from fridge, slice into 16 squares, and then return to fridge for another 5-10 minutes to completely firm up. It’s easier to slice your bars when they are not completely set yet.
