Healthcare should be run on a state level. A free market environment should be introduced allowing for the costs of those things to be competitive. Each state can decide if/what is freely available.

Just in case others may not know, Subaru and Toyota will supplement cost of hand controls. They will also pay for lifts and ramp, almost adaptive need. It’s a supplement not entire cost but it helped

I think that insurance should cover all cost related to it such as catheters wheelchairs that kind of stuff home modifications.

Absolutely. Medicare and Medicaid should provide needed health items. Vocational rehab will help with transportation. Unfortunately cost is hard to get what you need
