@learntotalkwithme: Clearly, I do not speak for our country, but I’m willing to bet that there are other people who feel similarly. We are sorry that the good that was happening has been horribly disrupted. To be clear, I recognize that we are not the saviors of the world and have also done a lot that is very not good, but these USAID programs were helping people in so many different places and there were so many good people doing this work. I also know that we are not the only ones that can do this work and there are so many from other countries that have been working side-by-side with USAID programs, but it is so hard to watch the irreparable harm that the US is doing now. #usaid #hope
