For instance, the approved fare from Circle to Lapaz is Ghc6.50 but rises astronomically to a flat rate of 10cedis during rush hours. Other destinations such as Pokuase, Dome, Ofankor Barrier and Achimota are also pegged at the unapproved rate of 10cedis every evening.
