@jenna_sais.quoi: I think this is what the kids call “crashing out” I tried many times to make this video without crying and I couldn’t do it, so I just leaned in. Elizabeth kept Richard’s letter in her bedside table for the rest of her life. Upon further reflection, she always kept that last letter private. I’m not totally sure where the authors of Furious Love got insight into the contents of that letter, so maybe take that with a grain of salt, but overall Furious Love is an excellent read. Real life that is bigger and better than fiction. I highly recommend it. And thus my Taylor / Burton series comes to a close. Getting to dive into their extravagant glamorous world was a very welcome escape from my own very simple real-life.
