this is not forced vaccination... this is not mandatory as she said. You just don't get to make use of PUBLIC education where PUBLIC health is a concern and not just individual choice.

in Australia we have a vaccine schedule for kids. my daughter is all up to date. she's due for her next in June as a yr7 student. I was vaccinated and so is she. I will not have my child die from a preventable disease

when I was a kid in my part of Canada, vaccinations were mandatory unless you had a valid medical reason (like a genuine known allergy). Things have changed to allow disease-spreaders though 😭

in brazil, it varies state by state but vaccination is generally mandatory in order to enroll kids in school. pregnant people also get a little book with our national vaccination schedule, along 1/2

While my kids are vaccinated I do think body autonomy is very important. I don’t think putting anything into or taking anything out of our bodies should be mandated by anyone.
