mine fluctuates. I have done extensive therapy and continue. I'm on medication and sometimes use another for really bad anxiety. it's what I do with my anxiety sometimes I can only suit up and show up

None of the meds helped me. Turned out I had multiple undiagnosed chronic illnesses that were causing tons of inflammation in my brain & making me depressed/anxious. I’m not 100% but huge difference.

I don’t know if ur insurance will cover this or not but my NP had me do something called genesight where you swab the inside of ur mouth and send it to a lab and they do a whole bunch of testing

(1) Im on 3 very strong anxiety pills. I have paralyzing anxiety but started to change lifestyle. I stopped gardening and started the gym. Running every single day. And maybe change pills.

Yeah tbh idk what’s wrong with me. Anxiety hit me like a train. I tried natural remedies like magnesium & L-theanine, hydroxyzine, BusPar, propranolol, eventually went on lexapro. Helped for 6 months.

Ive been having a lot of histamine intolerance symptoms and part of it was extreme anxiety. Im on prescription antihistamines now which have made a huge difference. Anxiety can be a medical symptom.
