I work 6p-6a and usually get around 6-7 hours of sleep ! I go to the gym after work and am usually asleep by 9 and back up by 3:30

as far as sleep... btwn 12hrs I'm lucky if I get 5 before I wake up 🙄🙄🙄 so 15hrs for the entire 3 12s I work lol
