I don’t know if this applies to you personally but I recently found out that the reason I’ve been feeling like this is a disorder called dysthymia! Unlike depression, which comes and goes in waves, dysthymia is persistent, long term low mood and can have a lot of the same symptoms as MDD. Might be an idea to look into it ❤️
