Air-fryer potato pops 🥔 Serves 4 (makes 32 pops) 800g Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and chopped 80g salted butter 3 garlic cloves, crushed 5g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped 50g-60g cornflour ½ tsp paprika spray oil 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard 1 tsp American mustard 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp runny honey 1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the potatoes. Bring back to a simmer and cook for 15-18 mins, until falling apart when pierced with a fork. Drain well and let steam dry in the colander for 5 mins. 2. While the potatoes are cooking, make the garlic butter. Put the butter, crushed garlic and chopped parsley into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2-3 mins until the butter is sizzling and the garlic is fragrant. 3. Mash the potatoes until smooth and spoon in half of the garlic butter. 4. Season with salt and plenty of black pepper and add the cornflour and paprika. Stir until well combined; it should be a stiff dough texture. 5. Use a tablespoon to portion the dough and rolled into 32 balls. 6. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C. Spray the basket of the air-fryer and the potato balls well with oil and cook for 18-20 mins, turning after 10 mins until golden brown. 7. While the pops are cooking, make the dipping sauce by stirring together the mustards, mayo and the honey in a small bowl. 8. When crispy and golden brown, tip the potato pops into a bowl and drizzle over the remaining garlic butter, tossing to coat. Serve immediately along with the dipping sauce. Tip: You can add whatever your favourite seasonings are to these pops to customise them. #potatopops #garlicrecipes #viralrecipes #tesco #ASMR
