It’s kinda obvious that when people say this they are referring to low risk full term pregnancies where the major risk comes from unnecessary medical intervention 🤦♀️

Respectfully, no one is saying that to a 22 week woman. I think it applies more for 39 week, 40 week mom to be…. Not all of us want an induction unless absolutely medically necessary. Peace and love

This phrase is not about preterm babies. It’s about low risk, average pregnancies that go to 38-39 weeks and the doctors start pressuring induction for no reason bc it suits their schedules
