For squats I’d say put 2.5s under your heels and/or sit at the bottom of the squat w/ just the bar for a warmup. This helps w/ mobility! Your friend looks like her knees buckle so push knees out a lil

Try doing single leg RDLs against a wall or on bench, look up vids of it. Also for squats: toes pointed outward, try not to bend your back, brace your core throughout the whole movement! Oh and do mob

rdl’s took me a long time to get down. Once I started doing them at home with no weight - just the movement. I felt it in the glute and finally got it. Just keep trying!

barbell squats can honestly be skipped, you don’t have to do them. Also maybe you can start off with a small platform for the split squats, like add 2 plates+

Keep your spine neutral, don’t arch, foot placement, bar placement, and working on form first before adding weight- while you’re learning, keep that in mind so you’re not injuring yourself 🫶🏼

For squats, honestly try body weight before weights, at least until you get the form. The knees should not be bending inwards 🥰

Make sure you are stretching your hip flexors and warming up your quads for barbell squats… also to build muscle and movement you can start with a goblet squat and build up to the barbell!

For rdls, what help me was pushing out my stomach and suck it in so I would brace it and I put shoulders back and then pretend I’m sitting on a chair while I was bending my knees a little
