Make some chicken in the TurboBlaze™ air fryer and throw together a healthy lunch with some  fresh veggies, buckwheat noodles and homemade peanut sauce 😋 Full recipe below! RECIPE: Ingredients:  Chicken:  	•	2, 6-8 ounce chicken breast, boneless, skinless  	•	Oil spray  	•	1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt  	•	½ teaspoon ground black pepper  Noodles:  	•	1-10 ounce bundle buckwheat noodles  	•	1 red bell pepper, stems and seeds removed, thinly sliced  	•	1 yellow bell pepper, stems and seeds removed, thinly sliced  	•	2 cups shredded red cabbage  	•	½ finely julienned cucumber  	•	¼ teaspoon neutral oil  	•	1 scallion, sliced  Peanut sauce:  	•	2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter  	•	1 tablespoon tamari  	•	1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil  	•	A pinch of salt  	•	1 glove garlic minced  	•	½ tablespoon mirin  	•	½ teaspoon honey  	•	2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar  	•	1/3 cup water    Instructions:  	 1.	Coat both sides of the chicken breast with oil spray.  	 2.	Season both sides with salt and pepper.  	 3.	Insert crisper plate into the basket of the air fryer.  	 4.	Select Preheat function and adjust temperature of 385°F.  	 5.	Place chicken breast onto preheated crisper plate.  	6.	Select Air Fry function and adjust temperature to 385°F and set time to 17 minutes then press Start/Pause.  	7.	Remove when done and set aside to cool.  	8.	Cook buckwheat noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain and rinse in cold water. Thoroughly drain then toss with a little neutral oil.   	9.	Whisk together the ingredients for the peanut sauce. Add more water if the mixture becomes too thick. Season to taste.    	10.	Place noodles on the bottom and add on chicken, bell peppers, cucumbers, green onions and top with peanut sauce. Toss well before serving.
