Trees are a bonus until you know the cost of trimming,messing up your foundation/well. Our oaks cost us $25k in foundation work

Hi! Make sure you check when the house was built before you start scraping the popcorn ceilings! The popcorn ceilings used to be made with asbestos up until the mid-80s

I’d repair the rood first and then ceilings. I wouldn’t scrape them just replace them and get rid of the dust in the roof with new insulation. Makes for a clean start to your home. Save the energy for the ground work.

The well and especially the septic tank are the scariest things to me, but it's a beautiful house & an even better lot. If you have a $ idea of what ur getting into it won't be as scary. I'm excited!
