@msrfinds: I planned my home birth, i knew what i wanted and there was no other option. Multiple times i was told i shouldnt, or couldnt or wouldnt be able too. Ive lost count of the amount of people that doubted me and said ‘if you can’ the truth is you can do exactly what YOU want to do. Its always your choice. Not the midwives, not the doctors. If youre clued up and know the ins and outs, what your body is capable of and what your baby is doing at every stage, then you WILL get your home birth. Our bodies are amazing, we are designed to birth the baby that we grew inside of us.
