soo...we had it. although it was very good. Just didn't have wow factor. I was missing smoke and char. I'm not sure how he cooked the meat but it was giving steam with smoked liquid or pellet smoked.

EXACTLY, my mother , wife and myself very disappointed! No season or flavor! It was a great presentation, VERY TENDER but food horrible. If they had a good BBQ sauce it would make up for it

1. I had to leave this place. Couldn't get past them not using serving Utensils. With a glove on their hand they grab the oven handle, scoop the meat out, put it on the scale and punch the buttons.
