I love mat Pilates and I’m always sore the next day! It all depends on the instructor— maybe try heated studios? I recommend heated barre/ pilates. They offer them at chuze 🥰🥰

do yoga sculpt at corepower i also lift and do sculpt it’s the HARDEST thing you’ll ever do they also include arms/glutes throughout most workouts and cardio it’s a mix of everything you have to try!
