I’m a nurse and i’m telling you rn the home scales don’t measure accurate the body fat % it’s super scattered on accuracy and calibration. DEXA scans are more accurate.

def go to the OBGYN and get the bloodwork done. I lost mine for 3 years due to the same thing. Was doing everything “right” yet it threw my hormones all out of whack. My estrogen levels were nearly 0 so i got with a coach and completely upped my food to heal myself and got it back in about 4-6 months. You got this!! It’s very frustrating though so i understand.

BMI scales are extremely inaccurate!!! Especially for women. Also it takes 4+ weeks for metabolism to change. I would recommend going easier on yourself and focusing on your health rather than numbers

i lost my period for monthsss doing too much fasted cardio it definitely messes up hormones in women and that might maybe be connected with having a harder time dropping bf% ?? you got this girl !!!!

n any time ive lost my period its due to overexercise (when i did cross country, when i lift 5x a week etc). its just smth to keep in mind that your body isnt designed to constantly be overexerted
