@cozy.sophy: Lava Cake aka my late night snack🍫❣️ Ingredients for two: 2 eggs (room temperature) vanilla extract 1/3 ts 15g powdered sugar (optional) 50g dark chocolate + 50g butter = melt together 30g all purpose flour In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar (or just eggs) and vanilla until slightly fluffy. Melt chocolate and butter together and let it cool 5 minutes. Add the chocolate mixture and mix carefully. Sift the flour to the batter and mix well until incorporated. Distribute evenly in two bowls and bake in the preheated to 200C oven for 8 minutes if you want liquid or 10 minutes for the more thicker result but still with a liquid inside(as I had).
