Psalm 104:33 - Macros per: 489 calories, 38g protein - 1 eatcounter tortilla - 1/2 onion - 5 eggs - 150g Eggwhites - 7 slices simpletruth bacon - 3 servings reduced fat cheddar - 110g nonfat plain Greek yogurt - 15g sriracha - Lime juice - Dice 1/2 onion and cook it on medium with a little bit of oil (less than 1/2 Tbsp) and as they start to brown add your diced bacon and let the fat render off of that to finish cooking both. - Remove onions and bacon but leave the grease in, add scrambled eggs mixed with Eggwhites and a splash of milk and scramble. Add reduced fat cheese and stir, then add back bacon and onions and mix well then take off heat - Combine Greek yogurt, sriracha, and lime juice and add to base of a counter tortilla, then add your cooked mixture evenly between 4 tortillas and toast in a lightly oiled pan. Wrap in aluminum foil until ready to be eaten! When ready you can air fry them or Re-toast in the stove
