Lamb Tagine and couscous. Would you try it? And if you are from Morocco how did i do it? A Moroccan classic dish. Ingredients; -Lamb Shank -Onions -Apricots -Prunes -Cinnamon stick -Liquid stock or water -ginger paste -cumin ground -Nutmeg -Allspice -Turmeric -Salt and pepper Cous cous ingredients; -Cause greens -1tsp turmeric -Liquid stock -Olive oil -Dried cranberries and sultanas -Rostered, shallots and capsicum -Salt 1️⃣ Season with salt and pepper and in a hot dutch oven, Sear the lamb until brown. 2️⃣ to the same pan add in onions, spices, tomato, paste, prunes, apricots, liquid stock and mixed together 3️⃣ put back the lamb shanks and cinnamon stick Cover with a lid and slow cook in the oven for one hour. Uncover the lid and slow cook for a further one hour. Until the meat is soft and tender. 4️⃣ for the couscous, add in turmeric, and dried fruits with hot liquid stock cover and let it soak all the liquid for about 10 minutes, finish off with oven, roasted shallots, capsicum, and coriander. #lambtagine #lambshanks #lambshank #couscous #moroccanfood #explorerpage
