Sounds like manic depression with the highs and lows. I would also maybe try to speak to someone about a bipolar diagnosis which is in the same family as manic depression

I may sound crazy but if it helps idc start sleeping with positive sleep affirmations playing while your sleeping . So for example on YouTube like a healing anxiety depression will be the titles .

Make sure they did a full panel. Sounds like you did by going to an actual doctor specializing in psychiatry. It IS a difference. I was misdiagnosed and given wrong meds made it worse.
