@adrianachechik91: I’ve been starting my day off with salads with homemade dressing all organic. As well as homemade tea w/ all anti-inflammatory ingredients. Has truly changed my days. I used to be stuck eating the American breakfast eggs, bacon, and bread and I’d always get extremely tired. Also having a thyroid problem, eating heavy foods like that work against me. So I decided to go agains the status quo and eat veggies for breakfast. If you’re someone that’s tired throughout the day, I highly recommend trying it.
