I also suffer from fatigue but what has helped me a lot is sleeping and keeping a positive mind. When I do that, I wake up feeling refreshed the next day.

what flavour of chronic illness have you got.... mine is the multiple scelrosis flavour.... sucks so much!! the fatigue is endless!!! finding small things that bring you joy is so important!!
