My daughter plays D1 in college and is the only pitcher on her team that wears one. I’ll never understand why you wouldn’t take the chance to protect yourself.

My daughter got a broken eye socket during baseball. With softball, When she’s infield, she HAS to wear a mask, Mom’s rules. OF I’m little more lenient. And she’s in HS now.

I am so thankful that when my girls started playing last year the league requires all girls to wear masks at all levels and positions. I wish we had masks all those years ago when I played.
