as a former CFA manager, 1) a lot of people refuse to change gloves constantly 2) the grilled chicken comes from a separate container and is put on the grill that’s right next to the fryer…depends 1/2

My husband used to be an assistant gm and worked in the kitchen before that. The breaded chicken is prepared in the same area and there could be flour that could be airborne and land on the grill etc.

So the person on grill probably helped the person on the nugget station, they’re right next to each other and cross contaminated.

You’re not supposed to get the seasoning on the grilled nuggets. It’s not considered GF!

I've been okay with the full size chicken pieces, but not the nuggets. maybe they cut the grilled with the same knife as the fried?

Just never trust NIMA sensor. They were great but the company has completely failed. Luckily, always had good experiences at CFA!! I’m super sensitive so I’m basically a human gluten detector 😫
